Saudi Industrial Investment Group (SIIG) is one of the first petrochemical companies in the Kingdom engaged in improving and developing the industrial base in the Kingdom, especially in petrochemical industries, and supporting the private sector in participating in other industries using the petrochemical industries.
The Company produces benzene, cyclohexane, motor gasoline blend, styrene, propylene, hydrocarbonic and aromatic products through its subsidiaries: National Petrochemicals Company (PetroChem), Saudi Nylon Company, Saudi Benzene Company, Saudi Parazylene Company and Saudi Cyclohexene Company.Its joint ventures include Saudi Chevron Phillips Company, Jubail Chevron Phillips Company and Petrochemical Manufacturing Company Ltd. The company is planning another joint venture with Chevron Phillips called Saudi Polymers Company to produce ethylene, polyethylene, hexane, polypropylene, and polystyrene.

The Saudi Industrial Investment Group is a Saudi shareholding company established in 1996 with a capital of SR 550 million. In 2003 the capital was increased to SR 1,200 million divided into 24 million equal shares with each share value being SR 50.
