National Bank of Oman announces initial issuance of notes under the Bank's Euro Term Note (EMTN) programme

The Board of Directors in its fifth meeting on Sep. 2nd 2014 approved the initial issuance of notes under the Bank's Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) Programme for up to USD 500 million to be listed on the Irish Stock Exchange. Central Bank of Oman has approved the issuance of the notes. The Bank has mandated Credit Agricole CIB HSBC Bank, National Bank of Abu Dhabi and Standard Chartered Bank as Joint Lead Managers and Bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings in Middle East Asia and Europe commencing 25th September 2014. A benchmark USD Reg S only bond offering may follow subject to market conditions.
