Ooredoo recently hosted a business brunch to provide ICT Smart Solutions for SMEs in Qatar. The telecom giant also examined ways the company can advance business communications across their operations in the country, said a press statement yesterday.
The event, which took place last week, focused on how the company can deliver superior customer service and enhance the level of support provided to Qatar’s business community, as the nation’s economy continues to develop and diversify. The brunch also offered a platform to showcase the company’s growing smart portfolio including the award winning Data Centre solutions, Cloud Video Conferencing, Cloud Wi-Fi and Cloud Security Solutions, along with virtual meeting rooms, digital signage and other ICT areas of interest.
The event explored how the company could better introduce breakthrough innovations to Qatar’s growing business needs in a more customer friendly package. Particular focus was placed at the event on service education for customers.
